Mr. Carlos Antonio Espinach
Mr. Espinach is businessman with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. He is a Business Management and Development Consultant with extensive experience in the financial sector. He has held important positions in the BCIE, in the Costa Rican Government and has also worked with United Nations Programs and the Central Bank of Costa Rica. He has published a series of articles on Sustainable Development, Economy and Finance.
