Mr. William Parker Abraham

William (Bill) Abraham is the founder and President of Osa Pacific Partners LLC. Osa Pacific Partners provides business consulting and equity investment services.  Osa Pacific Partners is currently providing consulting services to 5 active clients from Central and North America.

Prior to starting up Osa Pacific Partners, Abraham was an employee of Intel Corporation for 25 years.  His last position with Intel was that of Site General Manager of Intel Costa Rica. Intel Costa Rica is an assembly and test site for Intel’s most advanced computing products such as the Pentium and Xeon product lines. During his tenure as Intel Costa Rica GM, he doubled the number of employees by developing new business opportunities for the site.  At the end of his tenure, Intel employed over 3500 direct employees in Costa Rica.  Prior to his role in Costa Rica, Abraham was the FLASH Memory Factory Manager in Shanghai, China and managed all of Intel’s assembly and test operations’ strategies for FLASH and Wireless Communication products.  As a Site and Factory manager, Abraham managed all operational aspects of these facilities including numerous new technology startups.

Abraham is a BOD member of two Costa Rican startup companies and he is a member of the National Committee of the Osa Campaign and a BOD member of the Friends of the Osa.

Abraham received a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Stanford University in 1982.
